OutcomesExpert Enterprise
This is KMS' flagship product for rehab providers who service between 20 and 1000 facilities. OutcomesExpert provides the perfect balance between centralized control of critical data, while empowering therapists at your facilities with the tools they need to be more productive.

OutcomesExpert - Centrally Managed Facilities (CMF)
OutcomesExpert CMF is a series of programs that are used to perform contract rehab billing functions at your corporate office. There are no computers deployed at your contract sites, and all data is entered by data entry operators at your central office. 

RehabExpert
RehabExpert is identical to OutcomesExpert, except that RehabExpert is fully deployed at a single location. There is no synchronizing of data between multiple locations.

Rehab Office is for rehab service providers who want a solution for their billing needs only. The data entry programs are optimized for rapid data entry, and you only enter data that is absolutely necessary for billing purposes. Your initial purchase includes licenses to manage 10 rehab contracts, and then you can purchase licenses for as many additional facilities as needed. The invoices and financial reports are based on the same applications that have matured with OutcomesExpert for nine years.

Rehab Providers Control Their Own Data

One of the attractive features of OutcomesExpert is the control that it gives to rehab provider companies. The users of OutcomesExpert do not depend on KMS Systems or any other company for the routine management and processing of their own data. With OutcomesExpert Enterprise, therapists benefit from the use of software at their contract facility sites, while computers at the corporate office are used to manage the data elements that must be consistently used at all of the facilities (i.e. payors, ICD-9 codes, impairment groups, admission sources, discharge destinations, etc.). The computers at the corporate office are also used to automatically dial up each facility computer during the evening (via modem) in order to exchange data between the central computer and each facility computer. In this way, the facility computers are kept up to date with the central database, while the central computers gather data related to patient admissions, treatments, assessments, treatment plans, acuity levels, discharges, and therapist labor. During the next morning, the OutcomesExpert software at the central office automatically e-mails personalized reports to clinical and financial managers. Of course, management reports can be printed as well.


Manuals are Tutorials and Reference Guides

KMS Systems provides quality user manuals, which are distributed on the OutcomesExpert CD-ROM. Therapists at the facilities and users of the central management software can print original manuals on their own laser printers at any time. The manuals are designed to be self-paced hands-on tutorials, while also serving as a reference guide. The manuals can also be viewed on-screen with the ability to jump to any page or chapter.


True 32 Bit Programs on all Windows Platforms

All KMS software products consists of 32-bit programs written specifically for Microsoft Windows (including Windows 2000, XP and Windows 2003 Server). The applications use true client-server databases, and support multi-user access on local area networks (call KMS Systems for more information about multi-user databases)..
